Our hosting provider collects on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 (1)(f) DSGVO data on every access to the server on which this website is located (so-called server log files). These data will not be combined with data from other sources.

Should you send us questions via the contact form, we will collect and process the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO.

The dispatch of the newsletter and the related performance measurement is based on the consent of the recipient Art. 6 (1)(a), Art. 7 DSGVO in conjunction with § 7 (2) no. 3 UWG or on the basis of the statutory permission pursuant to Art. § 7 Abs. 3 UWG.
The logging of the registration process is based on our legitimate interests in accordance with. Art. 6 (1)(f) DSGVO. Our interest lies in the use of a user-friendly and secure newsletter system, which serves both our business interests and the expectations of the users and also allows us to prove your consent.
The dispatch of the newsletter takes place by means of a shipping service provider. The shipping service provider is based on our legitimate interests acc. Art. 6 (1)(f) DSGVO and a contract processing agreement acc. Art. 28 (3) sentence 1 DSGVO.
